Dawn of the First Day (In Salzburg)

Well, we have successfully arrived in Salzburg, although we will be switching hostels today so we can't quite settle in yet. The last two days have been pretty good. Two days ago, our last full day in Prague, we went up to Prague Castle and looked around their museum. We saw original manuscripts of Beethoven's 3rd symphony and others. Then we saw a pianist and a violist perform a small concert. They mostly performed the more popular pieces, like Turkish March and Moonlight Sonata, but it was a very good concert.

Yesterday was mostly spent riding the train to Salzburg. It was fairly comfortable, the scenery was beautiful, and we successfully made a tricky transfer. We also managed to find our hostel without too much work.

Today we're seeing the Vienna Philharmonic with Joshua Bell; I'm super stoked!
